SMS Terms of Service

Last updated 28 August 2026

These terms govern the Vaneskahian Alerts SMS notification program operated by Vaneskahian. By enrolling your mobile number in this program you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

1Program name and operator

The program is called Vaneskahian Alerts. It is operated by Vaneskahian, Wylie, Texas, United States. Messages are sent from a single dedicated long code number, (817) 442-7045. Vaneskahian Alerts is the sole party sending messages under this program; no other business, affiliate, or partner sends messages using this number.

2Program description

Vaneskahian Alerts delivers automated operational notifications generated by monitoring software when a monitored system reports a condition that requires attention. Messages are transactional and informational. Typical alerts include:

This program does not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or sales messages. It does not send messages on behalf of any third party.

3How to enroll

You may enroll by submitting your mobile number on the sign-up form at vaneskahian.com/sms and actively checking the consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. This form is the only way to enroll in Vaneskahian Alerts. You will receive a confirmation message immediately after enrolling.

Enrollment is entirely optional and is not required to access any other service, product, or content offered by Vaneskahian.

4Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are event-driven and are sent only when a monitored condition occurs. There is no fixed schedule and no recurring minimum. Some weeks may produce no messages at all; an incident may produce several messages in a short period.

5Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Vaneskahian does not charge a fee for this program. Any charges for sending or receiving text messages are determined by your mobile carrier under your own plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about charges on your bill.

6How to cancel

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. The keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE are all honored. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the cancellation, and no further messages will be sent to your number after that. If you have previously cancelled and wish to resume messages, you may reply START to the program number, or enroll again at vaneskahian.com/sms.

7How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help. The keywords HELP, INFO, and SUPPORT are all honored and return support contact information. You may also reach us directly at jean@vaneskahian.com. We respond to support email within two business days.

8Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and handset availability and cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on this program as the sole means of receiving time-critical or safety-critical information.

9Supported carriers and devices

This program supports mobile numbers on major United States wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you enroll, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

10Privacy

Information you provide when enrolling is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this URL with the revision date shown above. Material changes affecting the messages you receive will be communicated before they take effect.
